Mediation is an efficient and inexpensive procedure for resolving disputes.  Mediation is a process in which i, an impartial mediator trained in facilitating the process of reaching agreement, assist opposing parties, who often start on polar ends of an issue, to meet in an attempt to make fair and equitable agreements.

I will insure that you receive the financial and legal information necessary to create the best possible settlement suited to your individual needs.  At the end of the mediation, I will have the Divorce Separation Agreement, which is filed with the Massachusetts Family and Probate court, prepared.
